Exchanges and Return Policy

Baby Soft | The Beach Depot strives to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. 

We accept UNUSED postage paid returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Please be sure to include your invoice with the return package and a note specifying what you would like to exchange.

Once received, we will re-ship within one business day via USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless specified otherwise.

Returns: All returns are issued as refunds (minus shipping) to the payment method originally used.  Please be sure to include your invoice or order number with the return package with a note specifying you are returning for a refund.
